Working closely with senior leadership, you'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your portfolio while building strong retailer relationships and contributing to the ongoing success of community-focused retail assets.
With direct access to decision-makers, minimal bureaucracy and a supportive team culture, this is the ideal role for an experienced Retail Property Manager looking for greater flexibility, ownership and long-term career growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing the day-to-day operations of two neighbourhood shopping centres
Building robust relationships with retailers and delivering exceptional tenant service
- Coordinating contractors, maintenance and facilities operations
- Preparing budgets, financial reporting and monitoring expenditure
- Managing compliance, risk and operational performance across the centres
- Coordinating capital works and centre improvement projects
- Supporting leasing activities, tenancy changes and retailer fit-outs
- Assisting with local marketing initiatives and community engagement
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience managing retail shopping centres or retail property portfolios
- Strong knowledge of retail property operations, budgeting and contractor management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously
- A genuine passion for creating positive retailer and customer experiences
