We are looking for:
A full time Accounts Administrator with the ability to work Monday - Friday.
A bit about the role?
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes pride in accuracy, and is looking to build their career in accounts.
Based in our South Perth Head Office, you'll join our collaborative Accounts team and play an important role in supporting the day-to-day finance function. From invoicing and payment processing to client account enquiries and month-end activities, you'll help ensure our financial processes run smoothly while delivering excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing sales invoices.
- Processing customer payments through our online payment platform.
- Responding to client enquiries relating to invoices and accounts.
- Assisting with month-end finance and accounts tasks.
- Following up outstanding accounts with clients.
- Providing general administrative support to the Accounts team.
About You:
- Has exceptional attention to detail.
- Enjoys working with numbers and problem solving.
- Produces accurate, high-quality work.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is organised, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Learns quickly and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Is confident using computer systems and technology.
Required experience and qualifications:
- Experience using Xero.
- Previous bookkeeping or accounts administration experience.
- Experience in the medical or occupational health industry (desirable but not essential).
