Role
you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding front-of-house service while ensuring the office environment operates efficiently and professionally. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll coordinate meeting facilities, manage office services and contribute to a positive workplace experience.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional front-of-house experience by welcoming members, visitors and guests, managing the switchboard and responding to enquiries.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, video conferencing facilities, catering and business centre bookings to ensure meetings and events run smoothly.
- Support the day-to-day management of the office, including mail, office supplies, facilities coordination, security passes and liaising with building management.
- Maintain a high standard across shared office spaces, kitchens, meeting rooms and member lounge facilities while managing inventory and amenities.
- Assist with employee experience initiatives including office inductions, staff events, workplace wellbeing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a corporate reception, front-of-house, office coordination or workplace services role (minimum 1 to 2 years)
- Experience coordinating meeting rooms, office facilities, catering and general workplace services.
- Available to commence immediately OR within 1 week notice
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel) with confidence learning new systems and technology.
