About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced operations skilled to oversee the operations of our Dry Pasta. This is a rare opportunity to not only join Australia’s biggest pasta manufacturer but also make your mark.

Your main responsible will be:

- Ensuring production is maximised to meet production schedules

- Ensuring the maintenance program and production schedule are aligned, to minimise downtime and meet production demands

- Providing strong leadership to staff, including directing, mentoring, setting targets and following up

- Managing resources effectively (People, equipment and budgets)

- Managing projects, ensuring they run to scope (Time, cost and resources), while minimising impact on operations

- Driving continuous improvement and setting strong standards for the departments to follow

- Adding strategic and researched input to key business decisions





- Providing systematic and ad hoc reports for key stakeholders

- Ensuring we meet WHS legislative and regulatory requirements

- Ensuring food safety and compliance with HACCP

This position is a fully onsite role (No WFH), allowing you to work closely with the team.

About you:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager that wants to take their career to the next stage. The individual will need strong management skills, proven manufacturing experience and a strategic, critical and forward thinking mindset to join our team.

You will ideally possess the following attributes & experience:

- Experience in manufacturing industry (Food, FMCG or diary)

- Proven leadership experience with large teams

- A proven track record of strong people management and leadership skills

- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities for

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage day to day issues while maintaining site of long term projects and goals

- Good resource management skills: Effectively manage budgets, equipment, and human resources
