The position, but not limited to:
- Managing a portfolio located between Mandurah and Rockingham areas.
- The role will be predominantly office based focussing on Owner / Tenant communications.
- You will be working within a close knit team, supported by a leasing agent, a routine inspection agent, a trust accountant and admin support.
Ideal Candidate:
- PM Registration & ideally 2+ years managing a portfolio
- Lives in Southern suburbs
- Team player and people-centric
- Good time management & robust attention to detail
- Ability to effectively and diplomatically communicate - written and verbal
- Positive can-do attitude | Excellent time management
- Immaculate presentation
- Current Drivers Licence
