About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Living Choice Broadwater Court on the Central Coast.

Reporting to the Village Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining the village's buildings, grounds, equipment and facilities while supervising maintenance staff, coordinating contractors and delivering exceptional service to residents.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, solutions-focused and takes pride in maintaining a safe, well-presented environment.

You are:

- Experienced in property or facilities maintenance

- A practical problem solver who enjoys hands-on work

- Organised, reliable and self-motivated

- A positive team leader with strong communication skills

- Customer-focused and professional in your approach

- Committed to safe work practices and WHS compliance

- Comfortable working with residents, contractors and suppliers

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventative, scheduled and reactive maintenance

- Maintain village buildings, plant, equipment and assets

- Complete general repairs and handyman tasks

- Coordinate and supervise contractors and tradespeople

- Maintain maintenance schedules, records and reports

- Support the presentation and upkeep of village grounds

- Supervise and support maintenance team members

- Build positive relationships with residents and visitors





- Participate in after-hours emergency maintenance when required

Skills & Experience
Essential

- Minimum 3 years' experience in property maintenance or a similar role

- Robust maintenance and troubleshooting skills

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, or willingness to obtain

- Ability to obtain a National Police Check

Desirable

- Experience in retirement living, aged care, hospitality or facilities management

- Contractor management experience

- Experience providing customer service to older Australians

- Willing to obtain WHS and Working with Heights tickets
