An opportunity is available at our Wollongong site located in Albion Park for a highly motivated and well organised sales skilled. The role of Business Development Manager is a senior role and only experienced field sales professionals, preferably from within the foodservice industry, should apply.

About the Role:

You will have already achieved and be able to prove a history of success as a determined, results focused individual, and are now looking for the next stage in your career. Strong organisational and communication skills; well supported by advanced computer literacy and a high level of interpersonal skills are essential.

Key duties:

- Identify trends, competitors and opportunities

- Prospect and convert current clients

- Maintain and grow existing accounts

- Build alliances and channel partnerships

- Track leads, forecast revenue and manage CRM

- Create proposals and negotiate deals

Skills and Experience:





- Experience in aggressively growing free trade business

- Aptitude for working with a range of computer systems and quickly learn internal systems

- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Success in managing multiple tasks and competing work priorities

- Ability to interact with all levels of Staff and Management to achieve business outcomes
