We are looking for an organised, motivated and professional Commercial Property Manager to join our growing commercial division.
Working alongside experienced Commercial Property Manager Con Papadopoulos and Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent Chris Tudzarov, you'll manage a portfolio of commercial properties while building your knowledge across office, retail and industrial assets.
About the Role
- Manage landlord and tenant relationships
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Conduct inspections
- Manage arrears and lease administration
- Prepare reports and ensure legislative compliance
About You
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Professional, reliable and detail-oriented
- NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Current CPD
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Commercial property experience is preferred but not essential. We are happy to train the right candidate.
