Role Purpose

Support the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of Australia & Current Zealand AMT operations through coordination of account activities, artefact management, and stakeholder alignment across internal and external delivery functions, with progression towards increased ownership of defined processes and workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Account Delivery & Governance Support

- Support the development, review, and approval of Agreement Plans and associated artefacts to ensure alignment with contractual and operational requirements

- Coordinate inputs across internal stakeholders and enabling units to ensure consistency, completeness, and timely submission of account deliverables

- Assist in monitoring adherence to agreed processes, standards, and governance frameworks across ANZ AMT operations

- Maintain proper documentation, version control, and audit trails for all account artefacts

Operational Coordination





- Act as a coordination point for Mission-related operational inquiries, ensuring queries are triaged, tracked, and addressed through appropriate channels

- Work closely with Visa Application Centres (VACs) to understand service delivery requirements and support implementation of operational changes

- Review and consolidate Incident Reports submitted by VACs; track actions through to closure and ensure appropriate follow-up

Stakeholder Engagement

- Support client-facing activities by preparing documentation, analysis, and materials for discussions, presentations, and reviews

- Engage with internal matrix teams (Enabling Units including Legal, Finance, and Operations) to facilitate alignment and delivery of account priorities

- Contribute to internal and external communications by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of information

- Assist in coordinating stakeholder inputs and follow-ups to ensure timely closure of actions

Process Improvement & Change Support

- Support the implementation of process improvements and changes across the ANZ AMT function

- Assist in identifying operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities based on day-to-day engagement with stakeholders

- Contribute to documentation and rollout of revised processes and practices

- A keen interest in leveraging technology to ‘work smarter’

Commercial Support

- Contribute to the achievement of regional revenue objectives by identifying potential opportunities and supporting their development

- Provide inputs into proposals, business cases, and supporting documentation as required

- Support management in client discussions by preparing relevant materials and data insights

- Assist in tracking commercial inputs, deliverables, and supporting documentation
