We provide services to leading global brands such as BMW Motorsport, Lotus Cars and Toyota Gazoo Racing, along with being core distributors for brands such as Bosch Motorsport and MoTeC. Our team provide services for engineering, manufacturing, and technical support, all operating from our Caloundra HQ, where our precision meets passion.

The Role: Administrator / eCommerce Coordinator

This is a unique chance for someone who thrives on variety, structure, and making a real impact. You’ll be in the engine room of our webstore, as the first contact to our business – whilst owning both day-to-day operations and managing our eCommerce webstore, including social media & website uploads and order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the eCommerce webstore with photographing, updating and listing new product lines.

- Oversee and handle customer orders, order relevant stock to fulfil orders and dispatch these in timely manner.

- Identify inefficiencies and implement systems to improve operational performance

- General administrative support: emails, calls,



travel bookings, calendar management

- Serve as a reliable support function across departments, fostering cohesion in a fast-paced team

What You Bring

- Experience in operations, administration, or EA roles where you've got proven success

- Excellent knowledge of Shopify; experience with ZenDesk (or similar CRM systems) is also valued

- High attention to detail

- High degree of automotive & motorsport interest – We’re looking for someone who shares our passion and has a vision of helping the growth of our business

- A positive, no-politics personality - you bring good energy and value strong team culture
