West Coast Commercial Industries (WCCI) is a leading manufacturer and distributor of Aqualoo washroom products for the commercial building industry across Australia. We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Rockingham-based team.

About the Role

This role is focused on supporting the Sales Team and progressing opportunities through the pipeline. Key responsibilities include:

- Following up customers to track project status and secure orders

- Assisting the Sales Rep with preparing and sending samples, catalogues and project information

- Liaising with estimators and assisting with scope of works checks

- Reviewing and analysing orders to ensure compliance with project requirements

- Providing general sales administration and communication support
