About the Position
This is a Fixed Term Full-Time appointment for immediate filling for 12 months with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Analyst supports the delivery, security, and ongoing improvement of enterprise technology services through the implementation and management of infrastructure, cybersecurity controls, and Microsoft cloud environments.
The position is responsible for a range of duties, including:Applying knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to identify opportunities that improve operational efficiency, service delivery and business outcomes.Developing, maintaining and improving automation solutions that streamline IT operations, system maintenance and remediation tasks.Leading automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve consistency and system reliability.
Applicants who hold a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
