Role Purpose:The Engineering Manager owns the strategy and delivery of RASP Australia's large-scale infrastructure projects accountable for budgets, performance and outcomes, not just execution. You’ll take ownership of RASP Australia’s engineering business, with support from the board and other senior leaders across the group. This role shapes how projects are won, run and remembered,



while leading multidisciplinary teams and upholding RASP's standards for technical excellence and genuine community impact. What You'll Bring:Mandatory Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical or related discipline)Current Australian work rights Essential Experience:8–12 years' engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or project management / direct management capacityDemonstrated experience managing large-scale infrastructure, construction,
