The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a determined, organised, and approachable Venue Coordinator to lead and support our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality who loves making every event and service moment memorable.

What You’ll Do

- Oversee daily venue operations, including bar, dining and functions

- Coordinate and deliver functions – from setup to pack down

- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to ensure top-tier service

- Liaise with clients to bring their event visions to life

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance

- Manage rosters and work closely with the Head Chef and senior leadership

About You

- Previous experience in a venue, event or operations coordination role





- Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills – warm, professional and approachable

- A passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail

- RSA certified (required)

- Available to work Wednesday to Sunday, with mostly afternoon to evening finishes
