Role Description The Farm Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, responsible for overseeing daily operations of Greenspace’s vertical farming facilities. This role includes managing crop production, supervising farm staff, and ensuring optimal use of irrigation and other farm systems. The Farm Manager will monitor plant health, implement sustainable agricultural practices, and coordinate maintenance of equipment and infrastructure. The role also involves planning production schedules, managing inventory and inputs,



and maintaining safety and compliance standards. Collaboration with community stakeholders and internal teams is expected to support educational initiatives and continuous improvement of farm performance.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Farm Management and experience overseeing Farms and farm operations.Knowledge and practical experience in Agriculture, including sustainable and urban farming practices.Experience with Irrigation systems, including monitoring, maintenance, and optimization for crop health.Background in Poultry management and related farm activities, where relevant to operations.Strong organizational, leadership, and team management abilities.Capability to work in office in Sydney, NSW, and manage hands-on, physically active tasks.Experience with data-driven decision-making, record-keeping, and basic farm budgeting.Relevant qualifications in agriculture, agribusiness, horticulture, or a related field are highly desirable.
