Lead painting, blasting and protective coating works on major industrial projects, driving safety, quality & delivery excellence
The opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Painting Supervisor to join our Industrial & Energy team, leading blasting, painting and protective coating activities across major industrial projects.

Working closely with project teams, QA/QC and our client, Chevron, you'll play a key role in ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll coordinate crews, manage productivity and champion a strong safety culture.

teamwork and continuous improvementWhat we're looking forTrade qualification in Industrial Painting & Blasting or similarNACE certification requiredStrong supervisory experience within mining, oil & gas, energy or heavy industrial environmentsProven experience managing painting, blasting and protective coating activitiesSound knowledge of coating systems, surface preparation and inspection requirementsAbility to interpret project specifications and manage quality outcomesStrong planning, leadership and stakeholder management skillsCurrent Driver's Licence and White CardWorking at Heights and Confined Space tickets desirableAbout the team
