About the Role
You will be working on commercial and residential projects, assisting with the installation and finishing of premium building products.
Your duties may include:
- Applying silicone sealants to stone, glass, aluminium and other building materials
- Preparing surfaces to achieve high-quality finishes
- Assisting installers with general labouring duties
- Handling and moving materials safely
- Using hand and power tools
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Silicone Applicator,
Construction Labourer, or in a similar hands-on role
- Experience applying silicone sealants is highly regarded
- Construction White Card (essential)
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual and motivated
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a team
