PHYSIOTHERAPIST (x3)
These positions focus heavily on musculoskeletal care. While experienced clinicians are welcome, we encourage junior physiotherapists and passionate new graduates with a strong work ethic to apply. Our client provides a comprehensive in-house mentoring structure to fast-track your clinical and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Case Management
- Assess and Diagnose: Conduct thorough assessments of musculoskeletal conditions and sporting injuries.
- Active Rehabilitation: Design and progress comprehensive gym-based exercise programs and clinical Pilates schedules.
- Manual Therapy: Deliver evidence-based hands-on treatments, including joint mobilisation, manipulation, and soft tissue management.
- Patient Education: Clearly communicate diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment pathways to build long-term active compliance.
Caseload & Business Development
- Caseload Retention: Build strong, trust-based relationships to nurture a dedicated word-of-mouth client base.
- Admin Management:
Maintain detailed electronic patient files and communicate efficiently using online practice management software.
- Network Collaboration: Liaise professionally with local GPs, orthopaedic surgeons, and sports clubs.

Essential Criteria
- Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy from a recognised Australian university OR if internationally trained, evidence of skills assessment from the Australian Physiotherapy Council.
- General registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Current National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience working as a physiotherapist
- Certifications or a distinct interest in Clinical Pilates, dry needling, or Strength & Conditioning (S&C;).
