About the RoleAs the Mobilisation Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in coordinating the mobilisation and demobilisation of employees, contractors and visitors across our operations in Western Australia and Queensland. Working closely with site leadership, HR and contractors, you'll ensure our workforce is site-ready, compliant and supported as the business continues to grow.
Key responsibilities include:Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation and demobilisation of employees, contractors and visitors across multiple operations.Manage travel, accommodation, site access, inductions and mobilisation logistics to ensure personnel are site-ready and compliant.Maintain accurate mobilisation schedules, trackers and workforce records across multiple projects.Partner with site leadership, HR and contractors to forecast workforce requirements and coordinate mobilisation activities.Act as the primary point of contact for mobilisation enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and proactively.Coordinate onboarding logistics for new employees, ensuring a seamless commencement experience.Identify opportunities to improve mobilisation systems,
processes and efficiencies as the business grows.Manage competing priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Previous experience in mobilisation, workforce logistics, travel coordination or a similar high-volume coordination role within mining, resources, construction or a comparable industry.Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work in a fast paced environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work closely with operational teams, contractors and leaders.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and resolve them efficiently.Experience coordinating travel, accommodation, rosters and mobilisation activities in a quick-paced workplace.High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate workforce and mobilisation records.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with experience using mobilisation, travel booking or workforce management systems.A positive, adaptable attitude and the ability to thrive in a growing business where no two days are the same.
