About the Role

Based at our facility in Bassendean (WA), this role is central to supporting our busy workshop and spare parts operations. You will work closely with our in office technicians, internal Spare Parts Team and customers, providing expert advice and ensuring the accurate and timely supply of parts.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. From assisting workshop staff with technical enquiries to supporting customer walk-ins at the counter, you will be a key point of contact, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer telephone and counter enquiries promptly and courteously
- Provide accurate product information, spare parts advice, and identification
- Process payments, prepare sales orders, quotes, and related documentation
- Deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders




- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Expedite urgent parts requests as required
- Resolve customer and internal enquiries efficiently
- Assist with inventory coordination and stock management

About You

- Experience in a Spare Parts, Automotive, or Technical environment
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
- Mechanical aptitude or spare parts knowledge (highly desirable)
- Willingness to learn and develop technical product knowledge
