We're looking for a passionate and experienced Service Administrator to join our dynamic team in Yatala. Based in a close-knit agricultural machinery branch, you'll play a key role in supporting our service team and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Service Administrator, you will:

- Manage job bookings, open and close work orders, and allocate parts and timesheets accurately

- Prepare and process invoices for internal and external customers in a timely manner

- Support the service team with scheduling, customer communication, and warranty follow-ups

- Maintain accurate service records, files, and customer profiles

- Provide general admin support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the service department

- Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners

- Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking for the Following Skills:





- Strong computer and admin skills, with experience in service processes and systems

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Great organisational skills and attention to detail

- Strong customer service focus and a qualified approach

- Basic understanding of mechanical or technical terms preferred

- Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow

- A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives result
