The opportunity

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Mulford, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our distribution centre. This full-time position is based in our Balcatta, Perth facility, where you will be responsible for a range of warehousing and logistics tasks to support the overall success of our business.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and develop team members to complete daily tasks

- Receiving and unloading incoming goods and materials accurately and efficiently

- Checking and inspecting stock to ensure quality and quantity meet requirements

- Accurately picking, packing and dispatching customer orders

- Assisting with inventory management and conducting stock takes

- Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and competently

- Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

- An enthusiastic approach to a career in a warehousing or logistics role





- Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment

- Must hold a current LF forklift licence

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work and manage as part of a team

- Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks

- Must have Australian work rights for this position
