Flight Path Golf is seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Golf Sales Assistant to join our team.

This full time position is ideal for someone who enjoys and has an interest in golf, has a strong work ethic and is willing to assist customers with a variety of queries. You'll become an important part of our friendly team, helping to deliver an enjoyable experience and insight, for every customer who visits our pro shop and driving range.

About the Role

As a Golf Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our pro shop and driving range, ensuring customers receive professional service in a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing friendly and efficient customer service

- Serving driving range balls and alcoholic beverages in accordance with RSA requirements

- Assisting customers with enquiries and purchases

- Processing sales of golf merchandise

- Answering phone calls and managing bookings

- Restocking products and maintaining an organised and well-presented pro shop

- Carrying out general cleaning duties, including inside the shop, toilets, bins and customer facilities

- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the pro shop and driving range

- Maintaining a safe,



clean and welcoming environment for customers and staff

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- A professional, friendly, and positive attitude

- Strong reliability and a willingness to work autonomously, as well as part of a team

- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards

- An interest in golf (experience is an advantage but not essential)

- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
