Flinders University Child Care Centre is a progressive long day care centre providing education and care for children aged between birth and six years.

Diploma trained in Early Childhood Education and Care

There are multiple positions available on a fortnightly roster. Flinders is open Monday - Friday from 7.15am until 6.00pm and you will be required to work set shifts within these times.

Essential Criteria

Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Current First Aid

Current Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care

Desirable Criteria

Understanding Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Understanding of contemporary theorists

Secondary language

Comprehensive understanding of Reggio Emilia principles
