About the role

- Manage the leasing process and communication for assigned relets

- Hold open inspections and private viewings for prospective tenants





- Complete detailed ingoing inspections

- Complete detailed routine inspections

- Complete new business handover inspections

- Assist the team in ad-hoc duties as required

Be trained on

- Tenant and landlord communication

- Leasing processes

- Property inspections

- Tenancy legislation

Requirements

- South Australian Property Management Registration (or willingness to obtain)

- Police clearance

- Drivers licence
