This role offers a diverse mix of site inspections, client engagement, some business development (small portion of the role) and professional development. You'll travel throughout your allocated region, with a company vehicle provided, and be supported by a collaborative team committed to your ongoing growth.

About the Role

As an Inspections Agent, you'll conduct in office inspections of residential and commercial properties, gathering the information required to produce accurate and comprehensive property reports. Using industry-leading technology, you'll measure buildings, document property features, and record asset information while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

You'll also play an important role in representing the business by developing client relationships, supporting business development initiatives, delivering training, and attending industry events.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties.
- Measure buildings and rooms using state of the art equipment
- Identify, assess, and record building features and assets.
- Capture high-quality photographs to support inspection reports.
- Document renovations, improvements, fixtures, fittings, and other relevant property features.
- Record asset details, including condition, brand, model, age, and installation information where applicable.
- Coordinate property access with owners, tenants, property managers, and other stakeholders.




- Travel throughout your allocated region to complete scheduled inspections efficiently and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to promote the company's services.

About You

We're looking for someone who is proactive, professional, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

You will bring:

- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage your own schedule and work independently in the field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer and client-focused approach.
- A current driver's licence and a willingness to travel regularly throughout your allocated region.
- Experience in property, construction, insurance, engineering, asset management, or a related industry is desirable but not essential.
- A willingness to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
