We're looking for an organised, proactive Operations Scheduler who enjoys helping people, thrives on keeping things running smoothly and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when things get busy.

This is a key role within our business. You'll be the person connecting our customers with our technicians, ensuring our schedules run efficiently while delivering the high level of service our customers have come to expect.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities will include:

- Scheduling our technicians to make the most efficient use of their day.

- Answering phone calls and emails with a friendly, professional approach.

- Booking new jobs, confirming appointments and managing reschedules.

- Coordinating urgent and reactive work as it comes in.

- Keeping our CRM and job information accurate and up to date.

- Supporting workflow improvements and helping our operations run as smoothly as possible.

- Following up warm leads and helping convert enquiries into bookings.

- Assisting with tender submissions and business development activities (where applicable).

- Building genuine relationships with our customers by providing outstanding service every step of the way.

Skills & Experience

Essential

- Previous experience in scheduling, administration or service coordination.

- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy setting.

- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

Highly Desirable

- Experience using Formitize or similar CRM software.

- Business development experience, particularly following up warm leads.

- Experience preparing or supporting tender submissions.
