Reynella Mazda is looking for a Full Time - Receptionist.
We are currently seeking a full time role Receptionist to join our growing team. The role would report directly to the CFO and would be responsible for a number of varied administrative duties.
The successful applicant will be assisting:
- Answering inbound calls.
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Registering Vehicles
- Processing deals
- Banking
- Reconciliation of Creditors
- Other Ad Hoc tasks as required
The successful applicant will;
- Be energetic and proactive.
- Customer first approach
- Work well within a team.
- Preferably have some experience in a similar position
- Be a self-starter who is able to work autonomously.
- Be able to successfully multitask.
- Have computer literacy.
