We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a wide-ranging role that combines customer service, sales support, administration and website management, making it perfect for someone who enjoys wearing many hats and being an important part of a growing business. While the role is initially casual, we are happy to work around your availability and can also offer permanent moving forward for the right person.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service while supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing friendly and professional customer service by phone, email and face-to-face

- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Supporting the sales team with quotes, enquiries and administration

- Liaising with customers, suppliers and all areas of the business





- Managing and updating our website including processing orders through this

- Assisting with sales enquiries and helping customers find the right solutions

- General office administration

- Maintaining customer records and processing transactions using MYOB

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, confident and passionate about customer service

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

- Able to communicate professionally and calmly with people at all levels

- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities

- A proactive team player with a positive attitude

- Experienced in MYOB (essential)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident learning new systems

- Experienced in customer service, sales support or administration
