The Role: Coordinating National Impact
KAMS / ICOVE is seeking a Senior Project Officer to join its growing national team, working remotely from anywhere in Australia. Reporting to the Director – Innovation, you'll coordinate strategic projects that support ICOVE's Innovation agenda and strengthen First Nations vocational education.
Here's What You'll Be Working On
- Coordinate projects from planning through delivery, monitoring, and evaluation
- Develop project plans, timelines, reports, and comprehensive project documentation
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support continuous improvement
- Build productive relationships with government, ACCOs, education providers, and partners
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagement, and project research activities
Your Profile: Organised, Team-oriented and Delivery-Focused
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and delivering projects within complex or multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Business, Community Development, Public Policy,
or related discipline
