Vacuum Truck Supplies (VTS) is Australia's leading manufacturer of vacuum trucks, combination units, hydro excavation equipment, trailers and portable vacuum systems.

From our headquarters in Mansfield, Victoria, we design and manufacture industry-leading equipment supplied throughout Australia.

As demand continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to develop our presence across Western Australia.

You'll play a key part in establishing our Western Australia operations, supporting existing customer relationships, building new customer relationships and helping shape the future of our business in the state.

About the Role

Working remotely and reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and growing VTS's customer base throughout the state.

You'll spend your time building relationships with new and existing customers across local government, civil construction, utilities, waste management and industrial sectors.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be out in the field, understanding customers' operations, identifying opportunities and providing solutions from VTS's extensive product range.

Initially, your focus will be on promoting our range of vacuum trucks, trailers and portable vacuum systems, while also supporting customers with spare parts, service requirements and aftermarket solutions.

Working closely with our experienced sales and technical teams, you'll help ensure customers receive outstanding support throughout the life of their equipment.

This role offers the opportunity to establish yourself as VTS's representative in Western Australia, building long-term customer relationships and playing an important part in the continued growth of one of Australia's leading specialised vehicle manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities





- Develop new business opportunities throughout Western Australia.

- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

- Support sales across the VTS product range.

- Conduct regular customer visits throughout metropolitan and regional Western Australia.

- Travel interstate as required for customer visits, training and company events.

- Accurately maintain customer information and opportunities within our CRM system.

- Represent VTS professionally within the market and strengthen brand awareness.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities.

Ideally you'll have:

- Proven experience in sales or account management.

- Experience with mobile vacuum equipment.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- The ability to work independently while remaining closely connected with the broader sales team.

- A willingness to travel throughout Western Australia.

- Strong organisational skills and self-motivation.
