You'll play a key role in delivering integrated marketing and communication initiatives that strengthen our brand, engage our people and deepen our connections across the industry.

This is a hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with practical delivery. One day you might be crafting a compelling brand story, the next you're coordinating an industry event, creating social content, or capturing project highlights in the field.

Some domestic travel is required, so a willingness to hit the road from time to time is essential.

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with the Group Manager – Brand & Engagement, you'll help bring our brand to life through a mix of marketing, communications, content and events, including:

- Creating engaging content across multiple channels, including case studies, brochures, website copy, articles, newsletters, publications, presentations, award submissions and campaign materials.

- Driving integrated marketing activity that brings campaigns,



content and events together in a clear and cohesive way.

- Capturing photo and video content on-site and at industry events to showcase our people, projects and culture.

- Managing and scheduling social media content across LinkedIn, Meta and YouTube.

- Planning and delivering trade shows, expos and industry events, from logistics and supplier coordination through to stakeholder engagement and post-event follow-up.

- Helping maintain a strong and consistent brand presence across all marketing channels.

- Leading internal communications by sharing project successes, employee stories and company updates.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is equal parts strategist, storyteller and doer, with:

- 5+ years' experience in marketing and communications, ideally within the mining, resources, engineering or contractor sectors.

- Exceptional writing skills and a talent for translating complex information into explicit, engaging content.

- Experience working within a multi-brand or matrix-style organisation.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.

- Experience building and managing GA4 reports (highly regarded).

- Solid experience with eDM platforms, particularly Campaign Monitor.

- Proven in experience in updating and managing website content.

- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe InDesign.

- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
