Club Kawana is seeking energetic, dedicated, and experienced hospitality professionals to join our team. If you enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, and bring a vibrant personality to everything you do — we’d love to hear from you.

You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our members and guests across our bar, gaming, café, and restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Opening and closing bar areas

- Preparing and serving beverages to a high standard

- Accurately processing transactions and handling cash

- Adhering to RSA and RSG requirements

- Conducting gaming operations

- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of work areas

- Providing table service and general waiting duties

- Supporting safe work practices and wastage control

- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times

About You

You are passionate about hospitality and genuinely enjoy building relationships with customers. You take pride in your presentation, communication skills, and ability to contribute positively to a team environment.





You bring:

- A minimum of 1 year’s hospitality experience

- A strong work ethic and ability to adapt in a team setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Confidence with till operations and cash handling

- Previous waiting experience

- A skilled, well-groomed presentation

- The ability to work independently when required

Desirable:

- Barista experience

- Keno experience

- TAB experience

- Gaming Machine Attendant experience

Essential Qualifications

- Current RSA and RSG Statements of Attainment

- Current Food Handlers Certificate

- Eligibility to obtain a National Police Certificate if required.

Availability

This is a casual position with weekly rostering. Flexibility is essential, as shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
