About the Role

We’re seeking a digital all-rounder to assist with SEM and broader performance strategy across a varied client mix. You’ll assist with strategy, planning and hands-on execution, partner closely with design and analytics, and lift our standards, and results.

Responsibilities

- Plan and run best-in-class Meta Ads, and assist with Google Ads and Bing when required, with clear testing roadmaps.

- Turn business goals into channel strategy, budgets, forecasts and measurable targets.

- Build clean account structures, smart bidding frameworks and useful automations (scripts/rules/alerts).

- Collaborate with our design team to ship compelling creative and high-converting landing pages.

- Stand up GA4/GTM tracking and reporting that clients actually read.

- Lead quarterly planning and present insights,



tests and next moves to clients.

- Contribute to CRO ideas (copy, forms, funnels) and paid social planning.

Skills & Experience

Required

- 4+ years in SEM/performance (Meta & Google ads)

- Strong strategy: forecasting, budgeting & testing.

- Confident with GA4 and GTM.

- Comfortable briefing designers.

- Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.

- Proven ability to take ownership end-to-end and mentor others.

Nice to have

- Design experience

- WordPress familiarity; basic HTML/CSS; Sheets/Apps Script or SQL; Adobe Suite.
