Pay Rate: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour (depending on experience)

About Us

Modular Dynamix is a South Australian company specialising in innovative prefabricated lightweight steel framing (LGS) and façade systems. We manufacture high-quality modular wall panels and façade solutions in our purpose-built factory before installing them on some of South Australia's most exciting commercial projects.

We're growing rapidly and are looking for motivated Carpenters and Cladders who take pride in their workmanship and want to be part of a forward-thinking team.

About the Role

You'll be involved in both our factory and on-site operations, including:

- Installing external façade and cladding systems

- Working with lightweight steel framing (LGS)

- Installing fibre cement, metal and architectural cladding products

- Reading and interpreting construction drawings

- Factory assembly of prefabricated wall panels

- Using power tools and workshop equipment

- Working safely as part of a professional team

- Assisting with site installations across metropolitan Adelaide

Every day is different, with a mix of factory-based manufacturing and site installation work.

What We're Looking For
Essential

- Carpentry qualification or proven cladding experience desired





- Construction White Card

- Current Driver's Licence

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Reliable and punctual

Highly Regarded

- Experience with commercial façade systems

- Experience with James Hardie, Equitone, Bondor, Kingspan or similar products

- Experience with lightweight steel framing (LGS)

- EWP Licence

- Working at Heights

- Forklift Licence

- Rigging or Dogging Ticket

- Ability to read construction drawings
