ConsultANZ is currently looking for Rig Operators to join a well-known piling contractor in Perth as their workload grows.

Main Duties

- Coordinating activities of workers engaged in piling and ground improvements for structures such as bridges, retaining walls for earth embankments, and cofferdams.
- Directing the workers engaged in operating machines to drive piling and sheets.
- In-charge of ensuring all quality assurance on-site.
- Enforcing all OH&S; procedures.
- Management of staff and labour of own team and subcontractors.

Requirements

- Ideally, you have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as an Operator, Crawler Crane experience in Piling, Civil Earthworks, or Mining.
- Experience with Bauer, Liebherr, Kobelco is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and time management skills.
- A positive understanding of general construction and safety workplace procedures.




- Self-driven and ability to work both autonomously and under supervision.
