Our Fremantle venue is already performing strongly and is ready for its next exciting phase, we now need a Venue Manager who can match that energy and take it to the next level.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. Driving Performance

- Own revenue, profit, and weekly KPIs

- Monitor bookings, conversion rates, and utilisation





- Spot opportunities and act fast

- Push the venue to outperform every single week

2. Leading a High‑Energy Team

- Recruit, train, and motivate Game Masters

- Build a culture that’s fun, fast, and high‑performing

- Set standards and hold people accountable

- Lead from the front - your energy sets the tone

3. Operational Excellence

- Ensure every customer experience is flawless

- Oversee daily operations, bookings, and scheduling

- Maintain the venue to a high visual and functional standard

4. Continuous Improvement

- Identify issues before they become problems

- Improve systems, processes, and customer flow

- Bring ideas - and execute them

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who takes ownership, not someone who just “manages the day‑to‑day.”

You’ll likely have:

- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or operations

- Strong commercial awareness (you understand numbers)

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

- A natural eye for detail and presentation

- Confidence to make decisions and solve problems quickly
