What We’re Looking For:

We’re after someone who takes ownership, builds solid site culture, and delivers quality projects safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day site operations and overall project delivery

- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, equipment and materials

- Ensure works are delivered in line with the construction program and safety requirements

- Maintain high standards of site presentation, compliance, and WHS procedures

- Liaise with project managers,



consultants and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain workflow

- Read and interpret construction plans, specifications and documentation accurately

- Foster productive relationships with all stakeholders through clear communication and a professional attitude

What You’ll Need:

- Demonstrated experience in a Site Manager role delivering commercial building projects

- Carpentry or trade background (preferred but not essential)

- Strong understanding of construction programs and ability to meet project milestones

- Solid leadership and problem-solving skills

- High level of organisation, initiative and attention to detail

- A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to also work independently
