We're seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead site operations on a major heavy industrial project based in Yatala. This is an excellent prospect for a hands-on leader looking to step into a fast-paced project with an immediate start.
You'll be responsible for supervising electrical trades, coordinating daily site activities, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project.
What's on Offer
- $120 per hour flat rate + Super
- 3-month contract with the potential for extension
- Immediate start on a major industrial project
- Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays worked.
- Join a well-established contractor delivering critical infrastructure works
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical installation teams on site
- Coordinate daily works and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered safely,
on schedule and to specification
- Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts and safety inspections
- Liaise with project management, clients and other site supervisors
- Monitor productivity, quality and compliance with Australian Standards
- Assist with planning, scheduling and resolving site issues
About You
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on heavy industrial, oil & gas, mining or infrastructure projects
- Current Electrical Licence
- Strong understanding of site safety and permit systems
- Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- White Card (essential)
- Current driver's licence
