About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Storeperson / Warehouse Worker to join our team. This is a hands-on, varied role that combines customer service, sales support, stock handling, and warehouse duties in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service in-store.
- Receive, check, and process incoming stock.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch or collection.
- Load and unload deliveries safely.
- Maintain stock levels and assist with stocktakes.
- Keep the warehouse, storeroom, and shop areas clean, safe, and organised.
- Support general retail and warehouse operations as required.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
About You
- Previous experience in retail, warehouse, stores, or logistics preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work well in a team and independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable.
- Positive attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
- Basic computer skills.
- Forklift licence or warehouse experience is an advantage, but not essential.
