We are currently seeking, experienced, reliable support workers who demonstrate strong resilience in a high-pressure role. Successful candidates will be confident and comfortable navigating and supporting clients who may express their needs in a heightened or verbally challenged manner due to their disability-related needs.

To be eligible to work for us, you must have the following requirements.

- NDIS Worker Check (Valid 5yrs)

- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aging/similar

- Provide First Aid HLTAID011 (face to face)

- Manual Handling – in relation to caring for people in the community (face to face)

- A Driver’s Licence and your own clean and roadworthy car

- Excellent communication - Must understand and speak fluent English, written and verbal





- Accurate record keeping skills

- 2 work-related referees

- Exceptional attention to detail

- Physically fit for the tasks

- Ability to work autonomously and make good decisions

- Outstanding work ethic

- Reliability & high commitment

- Positive time management

- Current Visa (we do not Sponsor)

- FACE TO FACE CERTIFICATES in Medication Training, Bowel Care, Catheter Care, Diabetes Care & PEG feeding will be highly desirable
