As a Warehouse Storeperson at Bainbridge, you will play an important role in supporting the efficient operation of our busy warehouse.
This is a full-time position based in Yatala, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
We are looking for someone with previous warehouse experience who is confident working within a fast-paced environment. Experience in dispatch would be highly regarded, and candidates with a current forklift licence are strongly encouraged to apply.
With your strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team, you will help ensure our warehouse continues to run like a well-oiled machine.
What you’ll be doing
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Preparing and checking orders prior to dispatch
- Operating a forklift where required
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock audits to support stock accuracy
- Following warehouse procedures and workplace health and safety requirements
- Supporting the wider warehouse team as required
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch or logistics environment
- Dispatch experience will be highly regarded
- A current forklift licence is highly recommended
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to pick orders accurately without RF scanning
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Robust organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to follow procedures and adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines
- A reliable and proactive approach to work
