Qualifications & experience
- Experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Experience in preparing specialty coffee to a consistently high standard.
- Experience in high volume cafe and ability to implement outstanding workflow.
- Experience in customer service and understanding customer needs.
- Leadership qualities.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Oversight of everyday operations of the café.
- Focus on customer experience.
- Ensuring consistency and quality of product.
- Supervision and training of casual team members.
- Use of point of sale systems.
- Banking and reconciliation.
- Liaising with management.
- Oversight of food safety in the cafe.
- Stock control and ordering.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the cafe.
