You’ll be responsible for ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with maximum impact, while taking ownership of the organisation’s digital channels, including website, social media, and email marketing.

What You'll Do

- Lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels to drive ticket sales, audience growth and engagement for Perth Festival

- Own end-to-end campaign strategy, planning and execution,

ensuring all activity is delivered on time, on brand, within budget and to a high standard

- Oversee the Festival’s digital channels, including website and social media, setting content direction and priorities and ensuring alignment with campaign objectives

- Lead coordination of multi-channel campaign activity across TV, radio, print, outdoor, digital and partner channels

- Develop and manage campaign schedules, workflows and delivery frameworks to ensure seamless execution across all touchpoints

- Oversee briefing, creative development and delivery of campaign assets with designers, agencies and suppliers

- Manage production timelines, print production and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery

- Lead campaign reporting and insights, analysing performance data, audience engagement and campaign results to drive optimisation and improvement

- Guide stakeholder engagement across internal teams, agencies and suppliers, ensuring clear briefs, strong communication and effective collaboration

- Lead, support and develop a team of two Campaign Coordinators, providing direction, prioritisation and oversight to ensure high-quality delivery across all activity

Who You Are

- You bring 5+ years’ experience in above-the-line media buying, agency management,

media relations and delivering multi-channel campaigns across local, national and international audiences

- You’re highly skilled in digital marketing, social media and content delivery, with a strong understanding of how channels work together to drive audience engagement and ticket sales

- You’re confident managing complex stakeholder environments and can deliver under tight and competing deadlines

- You’re highly analytical, with advanced skills in interpreting audience data, campaign performance and insights to inform optimisation

- You have strong experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating campaign effectiveness against objectives and ROI

- You’re experienced working with CRM systems, ticketing platforms and marketing automation tools to deliver targeted, data-led campaigns

- You have hands-on experience managing CMS platforms and ensuring accurate, timely digital content delivery

- You’re highly organised with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace

- You communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, and can tailor messaging to different audiences and stakeholders

- You have experience leading teams and managing external suppliers, agencies and partners to deliver high-quality outcomes

- You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are comfortable adapting quickly while maintaining attention to detail and delivery standards

This is a full-time role with hybrid working arrangements. You'll be joining a passionate and talented marketing team at one of Australia's most exciting cultural organisations.
