ABOUT THE ROLE

The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for safeguarding Stacked Farm’s commitment to produce excellence, food safety and regulatory compliance. This role leads the maintenance, development, implementation and execution of quality & food safety systems (HACCP, SQF and all Customer Requirement Standards), oversee supplier and product compliance and drives continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Acting as both a coach and leader, the Quality Assurance Supervisor ensures the organization remains audit-ready, fosters a strong food safety culture and provides training, reporting and oversight that enable operational resilience and business continuity.

Expected responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Primary responsible for all Quality and Food Safety (QFS) Systems maintenance, continual improvement of existing HACCP, SQF, including the implementation of scope changes and integration with customer requirements (e.g., CFMSR) and other expanding business needs. Serves as the HACCP lead and SQF Primary Practitioner.

- Maintain and update all Quality and Food Safety documentation to ensure continuous compliance and audit readiness.

- Develop training materials and assist team leaders in their delivery; provide training refresher when deviations are noted.





- Prepare and present monthly quality and food safety performance reports to Senior Management.

- Plan, conduct, and document internal audits to verify compliance with established standards.

- Responsible for leading and verifying the annual Food Defense, Food Fraud, and Allergen Management across the business.

- Approve and monitor suppliers in line with the Supplier Approval Program.

- Support and coach the Quality Control Coordinator to build capability and ensure best practice.

- Collaborate with Research & Development to ensure product specifications are compliant, and review artwork and labels prior to release.

- Verify that all Critical Control Points (CCPs) remain under control, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions where required to maintain compliance

ABOUT YOU

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the food industry, with a strong background in Ready-to-Eat (RTE) salads, fresh produce, or meal production.

- HACCP & SQF Certification.

- Proven experience as HACCP Team Leader and SQF Primary Practitioner (or equivalent GFSI scheme such as BRCGS or FSSC 22000)

- Solid understanding of food safety regulations, standards, and frameworks, including HACCP, SQF, FSANZ, CFMSR, HARPS.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a agile and fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Sound understanding of business processes and priorities.

- Willingness to contribute to team success and support cross-functional collaboration.
