Position: Contracts Administrator
Location: Perth, WA (NoR)

Key Responsibilities:

- Looking after a diverse range of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Enjoying a split between office-based contract management and onsite coordination.
- Managing subcontractor tender packages and conducting thorough scope reviews.
- Preparing and negotiating subcontract agreements to ensure fair and explicit outcomes.
- Keeping a close eye on finances, including progress claims and project variations.
- Working closely with Project Managers and trades to ensure smooth project delivery.

What You'll Bring:

- A solid background in contract administration, ideally within fit-out or commercial construction.
- The ability to work comfortably from a North of the River office.
- A sharp eye for project budgeting and financial reporting.




- Great communication skills and a fair approach to negotiating with subcontractors.
- Confidence in reading and interpreting project plans and technical specs.
- A relevant qualification in Construction Management or a similar field.

We're looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a specialist fit-out team based North of the River. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, offering a great mix of office-based strategy and hands-on site visits. You'll be involved in the full lifecycle of various commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, working alongside a supportive team to keep projects on track and build strong relationships with our subcontractors.
