Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations on-site to ensure the project stays on schedule.
- Coordinate all trades and suppliers to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Oversee the construction of a $20m multi-level apartment complex.
- Maintain a safe site by enforcing strict OHS standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets project specifications.
- Liaise with project stakeholders to provide regular progress updates.

What You'll Bring:

- A proven track record as a Site Manager on apartment or multi-residential projects.
- Previous experience working with reputable Tier 2 or mid-tier building contractors.




- Strong understanding of structural works, finishing trades, and site logistics.
- The ability to drive site teams and subcontractors to hit critical deadlines.
- Excellent skills to manage relationships with site crews and consultants.
- Full Australian working rights.
