We are currently seeking an experienced School Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at a school site. This role is ideal for a strong leader who understands the importance of cleanliness, safety, and consistency in an educational environment.

What You’ll Bring
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience in commercial or school cleaning
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining school hygiene standards
- Organised, reliable, and proactive approach to supervising staff and site requirements
- Current Police Clearance (essential for school environments)
- Valid driver’s licence (preferred)
Your Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of cleaners on-site
- Ensure cleaning is completed to school and compliance standards
- Conduct regular quality inspections and address issues promptly
- Train staff on correct procedures, safety, and use of equipment
- Maintain explicit communication with school representatives and HCS management
- Report incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues as required
