We are looking for a 4th year full time boilermaker specialising in structural steel. You will be joining a fast growing team and will be working on a variety of jobs each week.
Some of your tasks will include, but will not be limited to:
- Marking out jobs
- Mig and arc welding
- Grinding
- Oxy cutting
- Setting out jobs
- Installing steel
The successful candidate will:
- Be a confident communicator
- Be able to undertake manual/physical work
- Motivated with a genuine interest in the fabrication industry
- Be trustworthy and reliable
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Must be able to work alone and unsupervised, but also in a team environment
You will be based in Pakenham,
but will also be required to travel to site so you must have a drivers licence and reliable car.
Suitable applicants must have a genuine interest in pursuing fabrication as a career path, be motivated and willing to work hard to get trade qualified.
The successful candidate will undergo Certificate III in Engineering.
To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
