Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated General Hands to support our Production Team in Forrestdale. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in quality, and is eager to learn new skills.

About the Role

You'll work alongside our Production Supervisors to assist in the manufacture, fit-out, and maintenance of fibreglass pool moulds.

- Hours: Monday–Friday, 6am–2pm (flexible hours available)

- Pay: Based on experience





Key Responsibilities

- Wrapping and washing moulds

- Performing general maintenance on pool moulds, including buffing, repairs and waxing

- Assist with pool moulds and yard maintenance

- Drill and fit out fibreglass pools

- Safely assist with moving pool shells and moulds

- Maintain moderate physical fitness level for safely handling pool shells and equipment

What We're Looking For

- Safety-focused, reliable, and a great team player

- Enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in quality workmanship

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Experience or tickets (Forklift, Dogging, Rigging, Crane) are a bonus but not essential

- Must have the right to work in Australia - applicants who don't have this requirement unfortunately won't be screened.

- Some previous manual work experience preferred
